Any work we undertake is governed by a signed statement of work covering scope, timeline, payment terms, and acceptance criteria. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Intellectual property
On full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for them. We retain rights to our pre-existing tooling, libraries, and general know-how.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery begins.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
