Lumen Health Companion App

Overview

Lumen wanted patients to stay engaged with care plans between clinic visits. We designed and shipped a cross-platform app with medication reminders, symptom logging, and clinician messaging.

The client's problem

Patients forgot medication schedules and clinicians had no visibility between visits, so care decisions relied on recall at the next appointment.

• Increase care-plan adherence
• Give clinicians live patient signals
• Ship to both stores within one quarter

• Reliable reminders with poor connectivity
• Designing for older, less technical users

Our solution

An offline-first data layer with local scheduling, a deliberately large-type interface, and a clinician web view fed by the same API. Everything ships behind audited, encrypted storage.
