Overview

Vantive needed to move from a consulting spreadsheet model to a real product. We built the multi-tenant platform, billing, and admin tooling that took them to their first paying customers.

Insight delivery was manual: analysts rebuilt the same spreadsheets per client, which capped growth and made pricing impossible to standardise.

Our solution

Row-level isolated Postgres with pre-aggregated rollups, a queue-driven ingestion pipeline, and Stripe metered billing wired to the same usage ledger the dashboards read from.
